 1994 - Capitol/CEMA Special Markets - S7-17783 - Purple label with "Manufactured By..." perimeter print with "CEMA Special Markets" logo.  Limited pressing issued exclusively for use in a Capitol Records authorized gold record award product requested by Yoko Ono.  Reportedly,  this record was not for sale in any retail store, only made for the commemorative gold plate presentation; only about 200 were left "gold unplated" & here is one.
